‘You’re a drink-soaked former Trotskyist popinjay,’ Galloway informed Hitchens

In case you did not know, British MP George Galloway debated Christopher Hitchens on the Iraq War on Wednesday September 14th. Go here and watch or listen to a slug match of quite delicious proportions.
It would be interesting to hear your comments on the debate.
For me, it reinforced my respect for Hitchens and my lack of respect for Galloway.
I mean, regardless of where one stands on the war in Iraq, to continue to compare the Iraqi insurgency with the American and French revolutions is insane, no? Galloway does this with a straight face.
A too-tanned, sweaty, straight face.
Thoughts?
I dissagree, the views of George Galloway were put forward with as much profession as you would expect from a member of parliament. His views on his personal stance on the war and that of the American government were delivered honestly and severely. It was about time the senate heard an alternate view of their nation and their illogical “cavalier” politics.
